Systems Administrator

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing professional‑services firm building its India centre. Reporting to the IT leadership team, you will be responsible for keeping the company’s servers, identity infrastructure and critical business systems secure, reliable and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms and backup solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, identity lifecycle and access provisioning.
• Plan, execute and document patching, upgrades and capacity changes.
• Implement security controls, monitor compliance and maintain audit documentation.
• Own disaster‑recovery and backup procedures, performing regular testing.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience administering enterprise servers and infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization and backup/DR practices.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
