Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure of a fast‑growing professional‑services firm in India. You will be responsible for keeping servers, identity services and critical business systems running smoothly while meeting security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms and backup solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, identity lifecycle and access provisioning.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades and capacity changes.
• Implement and monitor security controls across servers and endpoints.
• Maintain compliance documentation for internal and client audits.
• Own disaster‑recovery and backup procedures and conduct regular testing.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience administering enterprise servers and infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization and backup/DR practices.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
