Systems Administrator – Fresh Graduate (Bangalore)

About the role

CGI is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Bangalore office as Systems Administrators. You will be part of the Infrastructure Management team, supporting both Linux and Windows environments while gaining hands‑on experience in a 24/7 operational setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, databases, and network components.
• Apply system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Adhere to CGI and client IT policies, code of conduct, and quality standards.
• Participate in a rotational shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Provide prompt technical support and exceptional customer service.
• Assist in initial screening during recruitment drives.

Required profile

• Graduated in B.E / B.Tech (2023 or 2024 batch).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
