System Function Owner – MEM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Function Owner for the Memory (MEM) function within our Airbag Systems Engineering team. You will own the MEM function from concept through production, ensuring it meets safety, quality and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the MEM system function across the full product development lifecycle.
• Define, analyse and maintain system requirements, interfaces and functional behaviour.
• Drive system architecture and technical solutions together with software, hardware, platform and safety teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional development activities and support integration, verification, validation and customer acceptance.
• Perform impact analysis for requirement changes, manage technical risks and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders, mentor engineers and guide multiple disciplines.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in automotive systems or embedded software engineering.
• Proven track record as a System Engineer, Function Owner or Technical Lead.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• AUTOSAR‑based system and software development.
• Memory management concepts and airbag system architecture.
• Functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and automotive development processes (ASPICE).
• Embedded software engineering and system integration.
