System Engineer (Night Shift) – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking motivated System Engineers for night‑shift roles in Bangalore. Two levels are available: L1 (1‑2 years experience) focusing on desktop and basic server support, and L2 (2‑5 years experience) handling advanced Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and virtualization tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform light Active Directory user management and desktop support (L1).
• Conduct server health checks, backup verification, patch installation, and escalation (L1).
• Manage Windows Server OS, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange (on‑prem or hybrid) (L2).
• Administer Microsoft 365/Office 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, and mailboxes (L2).
• Monitor and maintain Hyper‑V and VMware environments (L2).
• Handle VPN, printer, antivirus, and client‑side software installations (L1).
• Execute backup operations, disaster‑recovery procedures, and SLA compliance (L2).
• Support Level 1 network tasks and use RMM, ticketing, documentation, and EDR tools (L2).

Required profile

• Three‑year diploma, graduate or postgraduate qualification.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work dedicated night‑shift hours.
