System and Cloud Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System and Cloud Administrator to join our IT team in Nagpur. The role involves managing both on‑premise Windows servers and cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work in shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including performance tuning and hardening.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS resources such as VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, and AMIs.
• Configure and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) for web applications.
• Perform backup and recovery operations for files and SQL Server databases.
• Manage firewalls, VPN connections, and network security policies.
• Support Active Directory and LDAP for user authentication and authorization.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and follow defined processes and checklists.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience with AWS and Windows server administration.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
