System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and secure our multi‑platform IT environment. The successful candidate will work across Linux, macOS and Windows systems, ensuring high availability, performance and robust security for all infrastructure components.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers on Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), macOS and Windows.
• Maintain network infrastructure – routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, Wi‑Fi access points.
• Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS and other network security protocols.
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and servers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and policies via Active Directory and LDAP.
• Monitor system performance, logs and uptime; conduct capacity planning.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
• Document system configurations, SOPs and change management.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) is a plus.
