System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator with solid experience in hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure. The role involves maintaining the company’s IT environment, ensuring high system availability, managing hardware and network operations, supporting cloud services, and delivering end‑user technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, O365).
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability and perform L1/L2 technical support.
• Carry out hardware upgrades, replacements and preventive maintenance.
• Implement IT security measures and manage backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant system administration experience.
• Currently residing in Vadodara or nearby cities; immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
