About the role

Cineverse is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to own and protect its core IT infrastructure for an India‑based team. This senior‑level position goes beyond routine help‑desk tasks, focusing on architecture, automation, and security of server, network, and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical incidents and ensure uptime of local and cloud servers, networks, and enterprise applications.
• Engineer and manage Remote Monitoring and Management platforms such as ConnectWise Automate, creating advanced PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripts for zero‑touch deployments, patching, and maintenance.
• Provision, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, enterprise storage, and software packages across Windows and Linux environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN networks, including Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, WAPs, VLANs, routing protocols, and Site‑to‑Site VPNs.
• Own core IT platforms (Ticketing, RMM, MDM), identify process bottlenecks, and build automated workflows to improve global IT efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, architectural diagrams, disaster‑recovery plans, and technical playbooks.
