System Administrator (Desktop Support Level 1)

About the role

KlearNow.ai is looking for a System Administrator (Desktop Support Level 1) to provide first‑line technical support for Windows and macOS endpoints across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily technical support activities for endpoint devices and network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic laptop and software problems.
• Set up software and tools on Windows and macOS devices.
• Install and patch Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Provide on‑site and on‑call assistance for user issues and requests.
• Use remote monitoring and session tools to support users.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows support, DNS and DHCP.
• Working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and macOS.
• Hardware support skills, including printers and basic component replacement.
• Good communication skills for on‑call support.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook and common software.
• Understanding of office peripherals such as printers and VOIP devices.
• Available to join immediately or within 15‑30 days.
