System Administrator (Desktop Support L1)

About the role

KlearNow.AI is looking for a motivated System Administrator to join its fast‑growing AI‑driven logistics platform. You will provide first‑line technical support for Windows and macOS endpoints, ensuring smooth daily operations for a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily technical support activities for endpoint devices and basic network issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and software problems on Windows and macOS.
• Install, configure and patch Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Provide on‑site and on‑call assistance for user issues and requests.
• Utilise remote monitoring and session tools to resolve incidents.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows support, DNS and DHCP.
• Good knowledge of hardware support (printers, system assembly/disassembly, basic part replacement).
• Strong communication skills for on‑call support.
• Immediate availability or short notice (15‑30 days).

Required skills

• Windows OS (7, 8, 10) support.
• macOS support.
• DNS and DHCP configuration.
• Hardware troubleshooting (printers, peripherals, VOIP devices).
• MS Office, Outlook and common business software.
• Remote monitoring and session tools.
