System Administrator – Cloud & Infrastructure (Vadodara)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage our cloud and on‑premise infrastructure in Vadodara. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Microsoft 365, AWS services, and Windows/Linux servers while supporting compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant – user provisioning, access policies, and security settings.
• Maintain and monitor AWS resources such as EC2 instances and IAM roles.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Configure and support SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, and NAT routing.
• Monitor logs from M365, AWS, and servers; respond to security incidents and manage endpoint protection (e.g., Trend Micro).
• Implement MFA, role‑based access control, and the Joiner‑Move‑Leave user lifecycle.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance, audit preparation, and documentation.
• Administer VoIP platforms, Twilio and Pivo, troubleshooting call flow and telephony issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure, or related IT operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and AWS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001 and incident response processes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work within defined shift hours (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM).
