System Administrator – Cloud Infra, Networking & Hardware

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure in Vadodara. The role involves overseeing hardware, networking, and cloud environments while providing L1/L2 support to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and Microsoft products.
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
• Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in implementing IT security measures.
• Manage backup and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues.
• Support cloud infrastructure and Microsoft services (Azure, AWS, O365).
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Participate in system monitoring and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant System Administration experience.
• Currently residing in Vadodara or nearby cities; immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
