Key responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual.
• Assist with personal care, cooking, cleaning and household tasks.
• Administer medication safely following training and company procedures.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and community outings.
• Attend appointments and promote active lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate daily records and care documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
• Drive the company vehicle to support residents’ community access.

Required profile

• Caring, patient and compassionate attitude.
• Reliable, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication skills and positive outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop professionally.
• Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a company vehicle.
