About the role
We are looking for a Support SI (Outbound) to join our logistics team. The role focuses on managing outbound processes, ensuring shipments are dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with documentation and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain SAP modules related to outbound logistics.
- Plan daily dispatches and coordinate with transport providers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Generate MIS reports on outbound performance and key KPIs.
- Monitor transporter performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate shipment status and exceptions to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Commitment to compliance and system discipline.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP (logistics modules).
