Support Engineer – 1st & 2nd Line IT Support

About the role

Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line) based in Bangalore, supporting internal users at CC33 Global’s Technology and Software Development Hub. The role involves handling first‑line and second‑line IT support tickets and ensuring smooth operation of email, collaboration and server platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
• Resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup and permissions.
• Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated issues.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts or outages as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in first-line and second-line IT support roles.
• Familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
