Supply Planner Manager

About the role

The Supply Planner Manager will own the creation and maintenance of supply plans that guarantee product availability while keeping inventory, production, and distribution costs in check. You will act as the central hub linking demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics across a fast‑growing beverage business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term supply plans based on demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to align capacity and material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock‑outs and excess stock.
• Track supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity limitations.
• Participate in S&OP/IBP processes and planning reviews.
• Identify supply risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Analyse variances between planned and actual supply and recommend improvements.
• Maintain planning data and reports using ERP systems.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives in supply‑chain planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply, production, or inventory planning.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, pharma, or e‑commerce is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
