Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Metayb is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to oversee supply planning, inventory optimization, and material requirements planning across its manufacturing and distribution operations. The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring uninterrupted material availability, and driving digitalization initiatives through analytics and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finished‑goods inventory across distribution centers and raw‑material inventory at manufacturing plants.
• Develop and maintain supply plans based on sales forecasts, demand trends, and business requirements.
• Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, generate purchase requisitions, and coordinate with procurement to secure material supply.
• Release production plans to factories, coordinate dispatch with regional sales teams, and monitor production performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Measure and improve supply‑chain KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to enhance visibility.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail.
• Experience in supply planning, inventory optimization, and MRP processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
