Supply Chain Performance Engineer

About the role

The Supply Chain Performance Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of material flow processes across production and warehouse environments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment strategies while maintaining high inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database, defining optimized storage, packaging, labeling, material flow and replenishment strategies.
• Analyze and apply Lean principles to improve material flow, inventory controls, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate MRP parameters and standardized handling processes.
• Drive data‑driven improvements in inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through process standardization and control enhancements.
• Create automated solutions for data cleansing, monitoring, and maintenance using analytical tools.
• Leverage SAP MM expertise to support material master governance and end‑to‑end material flow processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree from a recognized university or college.
• Proven experience with PFEP databases, inventory control systems, and material planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing methods such as Kanban and 5S.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
