About the role

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations New Associate to join its Supply Chain Planning team. In this entry‑level position you will support end‑to‑end supply planning and execution for client projects, helping to improve service levels while reducing operating costs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts or excess.
• Develop and execute replenishment plans based on sales trends, forecasts and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate order cycles, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Place purchase orders aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Assist in designing and deploying new processes, network flow models, and logistics solutions, including warehouse and transportation management technologies.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience or internship exposure.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of inventory management and replenishment concepts.
