Supply Chain Operations Associate

About the role

As a Supply Chain Operations Associate you will act as a Business Subject Matter Expert within Accenture's Service Supply Chain business. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics cases in a fast‑paced B2B tech repair environment, ensuring every order meets its Service Level Agreement from parts identification through courier booking, field engineer dispatch, and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete order lifecycle, coordinating parts identification, courier scheduling, and field engineer dispatch.
• Monitor and protect SLA performance, proactively rescuing at‑risk cases.
• Escalate issues early to prevent service incidents and maintain accurate case documentation.
• Communicate assertively with vendors, couriers, and internal control‑tower teams to drive responsiveness.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, confidence, and problem‑solving abilities.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, BPO service delivery, or high‑urgency operations.
• Proven ability to handle continuous pressure, multitask, and make independent decisions within SLA frameworks.
• Background in B2B dispatch logistics, IT hardware repair workflows, or managed service operations.
• Strong analytical background.
