Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service operations. You will help clients achieve high ROI by optimizing fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are picked, packed and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Develop and execute replenishment strategies based on sales trends, forecasts and inventory performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage order cycles, lead times and delivery schedules.
• Design and deploy new processes and technologies, including network/flow path modeling, global trade/logistics, transportation and DC operations.
• Implement and optimize WMS/TMS solutions to improve customer service and reduce operating costs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment buying or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven supplier management and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with WMS/TMS technologies and inventory reporting tools.
