Supply Chain Manager – Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to manage day‑to‑day 3PL, warehouse, inventory, and fulfilment operations for a consumer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3PL/warehouse operations, including orders, receiving, returns and dispatches.
• Monitor warehouse performance against SLAs/KPIs and resolve operational issues.
• Manage inventory, packing, kitting, and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate volume planning for promotions, launches, and peak periods.
• Handle aged orders, damages, mis‑shipments, and carrier claims.
• Review 3PL invoices and track shipping/fulfilment costs.
• Maintain SOPs and operational documentation for smooth handover.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in supply chain, fulfilment, warehouse, or logistics.
• Hands‑on experience with 3PL/warehouse operations, preferably for a consumer/e‑commerce brand.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems.
• Good understanding of inventory, order flow, returns, and logistics.
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Languages: English and Hindi (verbal and written).
