Supply Chain Analyst – Service Parts Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage the procurement and delivery of service parts from global suppliers and Ford plants, ensuring timely availability for dealers across Europe. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet campaign requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule releases and follow up with suppliers to secure delivery promises.
• Liaise with transport, traffic, QC, depot, and contract packers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Purchase on price revisions, tool breakdowns, and supplier issues.
• Respond to internal queries regarding part availability and coordinate engineering changes with Supplier Technical Assistance.
• Educate suppliers on Q1 rating importance and drive improvements in delivery performance.
• Make premium freight decisions based on part criticality and monitor supplier recovery programmes.
• Control stock availability in European source locations to avoid backorders.
• Ensure delivery information is fed into SAP‑SNC and other legacy systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory, forecasting or logistics.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
