Supervisor Airport Services

About the role

The Supervisor Airport Services ensures timely, efficient and professional service delivery at the airport, coordinating internal and external agencies to meet Emirates' commercial, safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate handling agents, service providers, other airlines and authorities to ensure full operational coverage.
• Analyse operational disruptions (over‑bookings, weather, delays) and implement proactive remedial actions.
• Brief handling agents and caterers on daily requirements and special handling instructions.
• Oversee post‑flight activities, baggage claims processing, and revenue protection tasks.
• Support ticket desk operations, conduct staff performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Liaise with service providers to supervise catering, cleaning and maintenance operations.

Required profile

• Graduate with professional training in Customer Services and Ground Operations.
• Minimum 4 years airline industry experience, preferably 5+ years RAMP experience with wide‑body aircraft.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
• Right to live and work in India and flexibility to work at any Mumbai/Navi Mumbai airport.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Reservations, Fares and Ticketing systems.
• Experience with Departure Control Systems.
• Knowledge of Baggage Tracing and claims handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
