About the role
The Substation Construction Manager is responsible for driving the progress of sub‑station construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, environment and health standards (QEHS) are met on schedule. Reporting to senior project leadership, the manager acts as the nominated representative of SPGVL on‑site and coordinates all subcontracted parties to achieve project milestones.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee sub‑station construction progress and ensure adherence to the agreed timeline and QEHS requirements.
- Serve as the official SPGVL representative on the project site, managing subcontractor performance and scope delivery.
- Accountable for meeting construction schedules, quality standards, and EHS compliance throughout execution.
