Subject Matter Expert – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Subject Matter Expert to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. You will act as the primary knowledge source for billing, collections and denial management, helping to improve cash flow and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Train staff on updated RCM procedures, medical coding and billing guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance during client meetings and internal reviews.
• Monitor RCM metrics such as Days in AR, aging over 90 days, collections and bad debt.
• Allocate work, track team performance with operational scorecards, and mentor junior associates.
• Investigate claim denials, identify root causes and implement strategies to reduce denial rates.
• Oversee collections follow‑up to ensure timely payments from insurers and patients.
• Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
