Style Associate – Retail Jewelry (Bangalore)

About the role

The Style Associate is the face of the brand in a busy retail store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales targets. You will work closely with the Store Manager and senior staff to ensure smooth store operations and a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable jewelry pieces, and address queries promptly.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, communicate value, and help the store achieve sales targets.
• Adapt to varying shift schedules, be open to intra‑cluster transfers, and maintain punctuality.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentability, and support theft‑prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, contribute to a cohesive work environment, and handle customer concerns with sensitivity.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC/SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
