Student Trainer – Soft Skills

About the role

Koncept Global Books is looking for enthusiastic students to join as Soft Skills Trainers. You will lead interactive sessions, workshops and seminars aimed at personal development and life‑skill enhancement for participants across Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft‑skills and life‑skills development.
• Assess participant needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
• Create and regularly update training materials to keep them relevant and effective.
• Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to help individuals improve.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and professionals to enrich the overall training experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on participants' growth.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Required profile

• Enrolled student or recent graduate with strong communication abilities.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and personal development.
• Ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
