About the role

Assystem, a global engineering and digital services firm, is seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join its Bengaluru office. The role focuses on the design and analysis of large‑span RCC and steel structures for critical infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design using ETABS and STAAD Pro, optimizing complex RCC and steel systems.
Conduct constructability reviews to ensure designs are practical, cost‑effective, and aligned with site execution realities.
Lead seismic design and detailing to deliver safe, resilient structures in high‑risk zones.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to balance aesthetics, safety, and efficiency.

Required profile

10–15 years of experience in structural engineering, specializing in large‑span RCC and steel structures.
B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or M.Tech degree.
Immediate availability preferred.
