Strength and Conditioning Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Strength and Conditioning Trainer to join our team and help members achieve their fitness goals. You will deliver expert guidance, lead group sessions, and contribute to a positive gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert instruction on strength, weight, and functional training techniques.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent injuries.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to design holistic wellness plans.
• Motivate clients through personalized coaching and support.
• Stay updated on sports science research and fitness trends.
• Lead group training sessions and workshops.
• Promote Cult.Fit’s brand by participating in community events and challenges.

Required profile

• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a strength and conditioning trainer or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for fitness and helping clients achieve health goals.
