Strategic Manager – Executive Initiatives

About the role

This position works directly with senior executive leadership to drive high‑impact strategic initiatives. The manager will bridge strategy formulation and on‑ground execution, collaborating with cross‑functional leaders to ensure programs move forward while handling tactical deliverables that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to shape strategic agendas and drive key initiatives.
• Develop executive‑ready, storyline‑based presentations and leadership decks.
• Conduct critical analysis, synthesize insights, and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Coordinate and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic and operational projects.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving acumen.

Required profile

• Strong critical thinking and analytical ability.
• Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling, story‑driven presentations.
• High ownership, drive for outcomes, and detail orientation.
