Stores Executive – Warehouse Operations

About the role
The Stores Executive will manage the end‑to‑end flow of materials in our Wagholi facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and maintaining accurate inventory records while supporting smooth store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Maintain stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement and other internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ERP entries.
- Ensure organized storage and compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores or warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
