Stores Executive

About the role

We design and build autonomous mobile robots at our Electronic City Phase 2 facility in Bengaluru. The Stores Executive owns the end‑to‑end store function – from material receipt at the gate to issuing parts to the assembly line – ensuring accurate inventory, timely kitting and smooth hand‑over to production.

Key responsibilities

• Receive material against PO/DC/invoice, verify quantity, part number, condition and raise GRN on the same day.
• Perform incoming inspection (visual, count, basic dimensional checks) and route critical items to Quality.
• Put away items to designated bins within one working day; quarantine rejects and coordinate returns.
• Kit parts against BOM/work order, stage them before line demand and fulfil ad‑hoc check‑outs within one hour.
• Record every issue and return transaction in real time; maintain FIFO, ESD, fastener and consumable handling.
• Maintain labelled bin locations, update the scheme as SKUs change, and run rolling cycle counts.
• Identify and close discrepancies with root‑cause analysis; raise reorder triggers before stock reaches zero.
• Define and document store requirements for the evolving in‑house inventory system.
• Implement two‑bin/kanban systems for fasteners and consumables; uphold 5S, safety and PPE standards.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in any stream.
• 2‑5 years of experience managing stores in manufacturing, assembly, EMS or engineering environments.
• Hands‑on experience with GRN creation, BOM kitting, issue/return transactions and cycle counting.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and in the inventory system simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving mindset.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑roll position (Permanent contract).
• Shift: Monday‑Friday.
• Compensation: ₹30,000‑35,000 per month in hand (≈ ₹4.2‑4.8 LPA CTC).
