Storeperson – Warehouse Operations

About the role

DKSH is seeking a Storeperson for its brand‑new Ravenhall warehouse. The role focuses on the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods, supporting the flow of operations while maintaining safety and organization standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Apply 5S principles to keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Ensure goods are stored securely and in compliance with safety standards.
• Report damaged or missing items and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to lift and move goods safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a safety‑conscious mindset.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Forklift licence and ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Operation of pallet jacks and other material‑handling equipment.
• Computer literacy for inventory systems and scanners.
• Knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems (advantageous).
