Storekeeper

About the role

The Institute is looking for a full‑time Storekeeper to manage its material and supply flow on campus. The role is based on‑site in Kerala and involves receiving, verifying, storing, and dispatching items for academic and administrative departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming materials against delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Organise storage areas for efficient space utilisation and easy access.
• Pack and dispatch materials as required, coordinating with internal departments.
• Operate material‑handling equipment, including forklifts, following safety procedures.
• Support periodic inventory audits and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Reliability in handling institutional property.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
