Store Operations Manager

About the role

Based in Gurugram, you will own end‑to‑end operations for Kusvaa’s physical stores across Delhi, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Vadodara, managing remotely from the HQ and travelling to stores as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance by meeting sales targets, improving conversion rates and enhancing customer experience across all locations.
• Develop, implement and enforce SOPs for daily operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling and audits.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and ensure stock accuracy in partnership with warehouse and merchandising teams.
• Support store staffing through hiring coordination, training, roster planning and performance reviews with store leads.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards in every store.
• Lead operational setup for new store launches as the brand expands.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Background in ethnic/Indian wear brands is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores or overseeing store management.
• Strong analytical ability with comfort handling KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate remotely with store teams and travel when required.
• Passion for craft, people and meticulous execution.
