Store Manager – Retail (Powai, Mumbai)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Powai store of Morning Owl, overseeing daily operations and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to regional leadership and is responsible for meeting sales targets while upholding the brand’s sustainability values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in line with brand standards.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Implement loss‑prevention and store‑standard procedures.
• Coordinate promotions, reporting, and operational improvements with regional and head‑office teams.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with proven retail or store‑management experience, preferably in consumer products or home furnishings.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail‑management experience.
