Store Manager – Grocery Operations

About the role

KIWI Kisan Window is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the grocery section of its Dehradun outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring a well‑stocked, organized store that delivers an excellent customer experience while supporting the company’s mission of connecting farmers with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the grocery department, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and store layout.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.
• Supervise, train, and schedule store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Drive sales through effective promotions, visual merchandising, and upselling techniques.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Experience or knowledge of supermarket operations and retail sales strategies.
• Leadership abilities to manage a team and oversee daily store activities.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills to improve efficiency and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
