Store Manager – ARFF AMC Spare Parts

About the role

The Store Manager will set up and run the new ARFF AMC spare parts store at NAFFCO’s Hyderabad factory. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure accurate inventory, smooth logistics, and close collaboration with procurement and after‑sales teams to keep service operations uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, development and operational readiness of the ARFF AMC spare parts store.
• Implement and maintain ERP‑based inventory management, guaranteeing stock accuracy, traceability and audit compliance.
• Coordinate spare‑parts sourcing with local and Dubai procurement teams to secure timely delivery of critical ARFF components.
• Oversee end‑to‑end store processes: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Apply best‑practice warehouse methods such as FIFO/FEFO, material preservation and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify slow‑moving items and optimise stock to reduce working‑capital impact.
• Prepare accurate documentation, reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
• Collaborate continuously with after‑sales, service and procurement teams in Dubai and locally.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or spare‑parts management, preferably in heavy‑equipment or ARFF environments.
• Strong analytical ability with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
• Excellent coordination, planning and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory control.
• In‑depth knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
