Store Executive

About the role

Instamart is looking for a Store Executive to join its fast‑growing quick‑commerce team in Sixmile. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring that inventory is well‑managed, the environment stays clean and safe, and customers receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory across multiple product categories.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards, and proper merchandising.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support replenishment processes.
• Assist customers with product selection and address their queries.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving store targets.

Required profile

• Retail or sales experience, preferably in grocery, quick‑commerce, or similar environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sixmile with flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a high school diploma or equivalent; further business education is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems or mobile retail applications.
