Store Associate

About the role

The Store Associate will manage the supplies and inventory for Ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, ensuring that all stock is accurately tracked, ordered, and maintained to support seamless hotel operations. This role combines planning, people management, financial oversight, and operational execution within a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts according to standards and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
• Train and motivate the store team on safety procedures and teamwork.
• Review stock performance, identify slow‑moving items, reduce waste, and recommend optimal inventory levels to Finance.
• Place orders, track lead‑times, verify goods against specifications, and manage expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate records of received, issued, approved, and rejected goods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership qualities, integrity, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to accept responsibility, motivate teams, and think strategically.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
