Store Associate – Hospitality Supplies Management

About the role

The Store Associate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the stores at Ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road, ensuring optimal inventory levels, smooth coordination with hotel departments, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and monitor inventory against standards.
• Plan, direct, and control all daily store activities.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to maximize productivity and guest service.
• Train and motivate the team on safety procedures and operational best practices.
• Review stock performance, identify slow‑moving items, and reduce waste.
• Recommend inventory levels to Finance and obtain approvals.
• Order goods, manage par‑stock, and track lead‑times with Finance.
• Check expiry dates, reject non‑conforming goods, and maintain accurate records of receipts and issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
• Strong leadership qualities, honesty, integrity, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to accept responsibility, motivate teams, and drive performance.
• Strategic, creative, and analytical thinking.
