Stock Reconciliation Specialist

About the role

Alimentation Couche‑Tard’s India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre is looking for a Stock Reconciliation Specialist to manage liquid stock recalculation and support shipment handling across European markets. The role works closely with fleet managers, planners and various internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with distribution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a two‑step liquid stock reconciliation for European countries.
• Ensure compliance of distribution‑related value‑chain transactions.
• Execute month‑end distribution stock activities and update systems from terminal paperwork.
• Identify and correct errors in inventory records and calculations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders on technical and non‑technical issues.
• Collaborate with fleet managers, planners, carrier representatives and global technology teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or stock reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail, logical reasoning and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of accounting journal entries.
• Familiarity with order management, database management and billing processes.
