Stock & Inventory Professional (SAP)

About the role

Wellversed is looking for a detail‑oriented Stock & Inventory Professional with 1–3 years of experience. The role focuses on managing purchase, sales and stock data in SAP, ensuring accurate invoicing and supporting financial reconciliation across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily SAP inventory transactions such as GRN, GI and stock transfers, aligning them with physical movements.
• Maintain SKU, batch and location‑wise inventory for raw material, packaging material and finished goods in SAP.
• Track inward receipts, consumption, production output and dispatch activities.
• Post finished‑goods receipts based on production output and BOM, coordinating with Production and QA for validation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to post accurate dispatches and verify documentation.
• Conduct physical stock verification, reconcile variances and support adjustment entries.
• Manage inter‑plant and inter‑warehouse transfers, monitoring in‑transit inventory.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP inventory modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
