About the role
We are seeking energetic and hardworking Stewards/Stewardesses to join our hotel team in Kolkata. The role involves supporting food service operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Assist kitchen and restaurant staff during operations.
- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are followed.
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently.
- Support daily hotel and restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Basic communication skills.
- Polite, disciplined, and customer‑friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and active.
- Educational qualification: 8th, 10th or 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome.
