Stewarding Associate

About the role

Accor is seeking a detail‑oriented Stewarding Associate to join its hospitality team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all food‑service and dining areas. This role supports smooth operations by ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties according to established protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain and organize storage areas, manage inventory, and rotate stock as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely, following manufacturer guidelines.
• Support food service operations by keeping kitchens, service stations, and dining areas clean and well‑organized.
• Respond promptly to requests from team members and guests with a professional demeanor.
• Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping, sanitation, stewarding, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high‑quality work.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork orientation.
