About the role

The Steward role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Gurugram, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in food service areas. You will support the dining experience for residents and guests by preparing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the kitchen and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all food service and dining areas.
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a presentable dining environment.
• Keep service stations well‑stocked with utensils, linens, and supplies.
• Assist with food and beverage service, supporting servers and kitchen staff.
• Handle basic food preparation or plating as directed.
• Interact courteously with residents and guests, responding promptly to requests.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Support events and learn standard operating procedures for hospitality service.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge with practical service skills.
• Ability to learn and follow hospitality, hygiene, and safety SOPs.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and capacity to work on feet in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or residential clubs is beneficial.
• Basic education, fluency in English and/or local languages, and a professional, neat appearance.
