Steward

About the role

The Steward will provide excellent food and beverage service to guests at our restaurant locations in Powai and Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, maintaining service standards and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, seat and assist guests throughout their visit.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure proper table setting and replenish service stations.
• Handle guest queries and coordinate with managers to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Assist in opening, shift and closing duties.
• Support team members and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant floor operations.
