Steward – Hotel Food & Beverage Support

About the role

Orion Group Of Hotels is seeking a full‑time Steward to join its food and beverage team at the New Delhi property. The Steward will help create a smooth, clean, and welcoming dining environment for guests in the hotel’s restaurants, banquets and conference areas.

Key responsibilities

• Set up dining areas, arrange tables, and ensure all service zones are clean and hygienic.
• Assist with food service, clear and reset tables promptly after each guest turnover.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware standards.
• Greet guests courteously, respond to their requests, and support a pleasant dining experience.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including food‑safety practices.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and support the team during events, banquets and conferences.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear verbal communication.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage operations and dining etiquette.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants or catering is an advantage; hospitality diploma or certification is beneficial.
